AIR (Advice in Rotherham) supports organisations to provide advice to people with a range of queries and problems such as debt, benefits, customer rights, housing and rent issues. Some advice centres specialise in particular advice topics and others serve their local neighbourhood and community.

Overview: Dealing with enquiries relevant to older people in the Rotherham Borough i.e Benefits, Housing and General Welfare. Also provide an Advocacy service and offer Residential Care Advocacy Service. Offers support through decision making in relation to Care Homes. Home Visiting Service Available.

Overview: For anyone who needs basic immigration advice, equality and diversity help. Also provides a passport filling service. Wheelchair Access.

ROTHERHAM DISABILITY INFORMATION SERVICE

Overview: Open to disabeled people and carers of all ages within Rotherham Borough. Offers information and advice relevant to the client group, focusing mainly on welfare rights work but also covering other areas, e.g. transport and travel, aids and adaptations, holidays and support groups. Also sell RADAR keys. Wheelchair Access. Disabled parking and toilets. Level access and automctic doors.
